Responsibility for oversight and direction of the College rests with the Board of Directors. The Board, instituted when the College was incorporated in 1968, represents various groups associated with the University College. These groups include African Mission Evangelism, Inc. ( USA), the faculty of the University College, graduates, and churches and groups who support the ministry of the University College. Current members of the Board of Directors are:
